Answer

A new home rebate is a financial incentive offered to buyers of newly constructed homes, typically provided by the builder or a real estate agent. Eligibility often depends on factors like using a specific agent (like KWB), purchasing within a certain timeframe, or buying a home within a designated community. The rebate works by returning a portion of the purchase price or commission back to the buyer, effectively reducing the overall cost of the new home.
