Zig Ziglar, a well-known author and speaker believed that a “lack of direction, not lack of time, is the problem. We all have twenty-four hour days.” He also said, “I don’t care how much power, brilliance, or energy you have, if you don’t harness it and focus it on a specific target and hold it there, you’re never going to accomplish as much as your ability warrants.”
With this in mind, KWB has teamed up with Kurian Tharakan of Strategy Peak Sales & Marketing Advisors and Jeff Eschak of Blue Onyx Growth & Leadership Advisors to create The Phoenix Board, a Business Owners Group of growing companies that gather together to share experiences and insights and to grow their own and each other’s businesses.
We started a small, private group shortly after the pandemic began to help companies navigate the confusion and turmoil. The feedback from the members of that group has been so positive that we have decided to grow the original group and start a second group in the first quarter of 2022. We have room for just 16 more members to join, so if you’re interested please let us know ASAP. After these two groups are filled, we may consider creating more groups in the third quarter of 2022.
Our group discussions cover broad topics like sales, finance, and operations, but often delve into deeper issues like partnership disagreements and sensitive human resource conflicts.
We meet every second Thursday for a two-hour Zoom call in a group of no more than 15 members.
